My name is Jackie and I’m here to allow energy to flow…

The energy inside you and your space, the energy of the things you love, and the energy of the things you no longer need. Letting go and holding on is a lifelong practice but, not always as easy as it sounds. With open hands, open hearts, and an open mind, we move forward together.

My name is Jackie and I help people let go of things…

I have been a yoga instructor here in Evergreen, CO. since 2012. Through yoga, I found my passion for clearing what no longer serves, further creating internal and external clarity and space for my clients and students. Like yoga, this practice meets you where you are. I don’t have one-size-fits-all rules for how many shoes you’re allowed to have or what you “should” or “shouldn’t” hold on to. Honoring your energy is most important to me as I implore you to explore how you feel about your things and how you would like to proceed with intention.
