Holding on and letting go is a life-long practice and most of us are more well-versed in holding on- tangible things, relationships, the way things “should” be, etc. Come explore what life looks and feels like when you move with intension, allow what is, and let go of expectations and judgements of yourself, others, and situations.
Yoga is an eight limbed path and is so much more than just a physical practice. We will embody yoga in all its forms, cultivating space for you to live in alignment with your truth. We’ll let go of false narratives, beliefs, and blockages that keep you from living your fullest and most abundant life.
AM & PM yoga classes, three locally-sourced farm-to-table meals a day, sandy ocean beaches, and serenity. Add-on experiences are also available to explore surfing, jungle hikes, city trips to nearby San Juan Del Sur, spa services, Temazcal, horseback riding, and more.
This is not an over-booked, itinerary-filled excursion, but a time to reflect and exist with one another in nature and shift your perception. Calling in the path that’s meant for you and illuminating that journey forward.
Space is limited, allowing for intimate and intentional connection. We are honored to share this space with you. Come relax in the beautiful jungles of Nicaragua with us.
